On November 30, 2010 I closed escrow on a stunning luxury estate in Promontory at The Ridges for $4,361,5000. You can view a virtual tour and photos on my website, look for 7 Golden Sunray under featured listings. This was an all cash sale. Wealthy buyers are still out buying and we know how to find them! This buyer was from South Africa and New Jersey. We recently had another buyer from Santa Barbara. Though higher levels of inventory make the luxury market competitive, we have been very busy the past month both showing and selling our luxury estate homes.
