Veronica and I want you to know we both appreciate all of your help and guidance in assisting with the sale of our home, our other houses and the purchase of our new home. We feel we received five star service on all four transactions.
As you know I took some time and had many interviews before I decided on a realtor. We had our home and two others to sell and I only wanted to use one realtor. The three homes were all in different price ranges from mid$250,000 to over a million dollars. It wasn’t an easy task because you were dealing with buyers in three different price ranges. You clearly specialize in homes over a million dollars and proved it over and over again, but you also did a great job in the other price ranges. You sold all three homes in the timeframes you gave us. I must admit that on the last home, I doubted you would make the deadline, but sure enough, you brought us an offer with three days to spare.
You are a true professional and it showed in many ways. I was apprehensive for many reasons but I can say you did your best for make it easier on me.
If you ever have a seller or buyer that is in a quandary about choosing a realtor, you are more than welcome to have them call me for a recommendation.

I listed my home located in the Ridges in Summerlin with broker/agent Ken Lowman of Luxury Homes of Las Vegas. Being a large home in a slow market, it was a difficult home to sell, and I had not received an offer after being on and off the market for the previous 2 years. Ken brought multiple qualified buyers through the house, and within 3 months, I had received 2 offers, 1 of which I accepted.
Ken marketed the house to the right audience. And when the offers came, he provided a good analysis of the pros and cons of the offers and was able to negotiate a reasonable price for the house.
Ken also was very good about keeping in contact with me. I received many personal phone calls from Ken addressing issues during the listing period, during negotiation of the sales price, and after closing of escrow. He personally reviewed all documentation during the negotiation period and before close of escrow, and although he did not personally show the house himself, he used a single agent for all of the showings so that she knew the house very well and was able to emphasize the assets of the house and answer questions of potential buyers very well.
All in all, I was very satisfied with the service provided by Ken Lowman and Luxury Homes in selling my house. I will use his services again if the time arises and would highly recommend him to others.
