Last Saturday I had 4 showings the same day for a $2,000,000 Las Vegas luxury home in The Ridges. The same day we had 2 showings at a luxury home in Southern Highlands. And in the month of April I closed 50% of all the luxury homes sold for over $3,000,000 in the entire Las Vegas market!
